SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE TO AREA BUSINESSES FOR ABERDEEN 150TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

ABERDEEN TOWNSHIP (3/9/07) – Sponsorship opportunities are now available for “Aberdeen Celebrates,” a series of events marking the Township’s 150th Anniversary.

           With four different levels of sponsorship offered, opportunities exist for businesses of all sizes and budgets.  Available sponsorship levels are the $250 Silver, $500 Gold, $1,000 Platinum, and the $2500 Premiere. 

            Sponsorship of “Aberdeen Celebrates” will provide options for businesses to advertise themselves to area residents in a variety of ways at events, ranging from the township’s birthday party, to concerts in the park, Aberdeen Day and a 5K Run/Walk.  Depending on the level selected, sponsors’ names will appear on the township website and various printed materials, including flyers, t-shirts, posters, press releases, event signs and banners.   

           All donations are tax deductible. The sponsorship participation commitment form and payment must be received by April 1 to guarantee inclusion in all printed materials.

         “We welcome the financial support of local businesses and others serving the township and our residents to make this year-long series of special events successful,” said Mayor David Sobel.

           Throughout 2007, Aberdeen Township will celebrate its 150th Anniversary with a series of events, including concerts in the park, movie nights, Aberdeen Day, a laser light show, and a 5K Run.
